Let’s Dive is on a mission to build togetherness online. The SaaS platform provides a social space for remote teams to build their culture through fostering better human connections.
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, the world has become increasingly digital, with teams working remotely and finding ways to collaborate online. Yet, three out of four remote workers say they feel isolated. This has led many companies to focus on culture-building as a key priority.
Let’s Dive offers companies and their teams a digital space to bond and have fun together. Users can hang out, play games, or watch videos, all while having their audio and video on concurrently. Today, a number of companies use Let’s Dive to socialise, and its fast-growing user base include teams at Facebook, Airtable and Swiggy – all of whom have reported significant improvements in employee engagement. Let’s Dive is available in private beta to users upon request.
Let’s Dive was founded in August 2020. Before starting Let’s Dive, founders Nitesh Agrawal and Om Prakash Shanmugam led the remote work movement for years. Nitesh founded, scaled and sold Indiez, one of India’s first 100% remote organisations. Before that, he was an early employee at Housing.com and Ola. Om Prakash started coding when he was 13, and co-founded FA Labs and MyKarma, a live trivia game show platform that was once played by over a 100,000 people at the same time.
